Welcome

"Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be..." are words from a famous song sung by Mary Chapin Carpenter. Although the song primarily centers on the union of marriage it continues with a verse "God bless our love, God bless our love." For me, this song holds a special meaning and it relates in a different sense to me and many others who have choosen and dedicated their lives to care for the elderly at the Golden Years.
If you have ever spent time with someone growing old, you know it takes great strength; not in a physical sense of the word but emotionally and spiritually. It is often said by the elderly, "there is no glory in growing old" yet everyday, I personally witness our staff members and volunteers of Golden Years striving to make each day just a little bit better or easier than the prior day. I truly believe if you entrusted your loved one in our care, your burden would be a little lighter just knowing they were in our home.
So I invite you, as you search for the right facility that you or your family member might someday call home, take time to scroll through the pages of our website, feel free to send an email, or call and ask any question that comes to mind. If time permits, I welcome you to tour our home and observe first hand the welcoming feel and caring nature of our staff. Like the song says, "grow old along with me, the best is yet to be, God bless our love, God bless our love."
Very truly yours,
