lead the Golden Years Assisted Living in the concept of ‘culture change,’
emphasizing resident choice and the provision of personalized care in the face
of growing and evolving resident needs. In addition to her leadership at the
Golden Years, Jean continues to use her experience and influence to advocate
for better resident-centered assisted living care throughout the state.
Jean began at the Golden Years in 1994 and has served as the manager of the
assisted living since 1998. She graduated from Milwaukee’s Columbia School of
Nursing in 1977, and has since worked in a variety of nursing settings. She has

fields and these diverse perspectives enhance her ability to best serve the
residents and families at Golden Years today.
