| Helping seniors make a comfortable, smooth transition from their homes, enabling their independence and self-empowerment, providing appropriate advocacy and support and helping to make a positive difference in the daily lives of our residents are my goals as Manager of the Retirement Village.
My Social Work and Case Management training have equipped me to meet my responsibilities in a professionally responsible way. My appreciation, concern and respect for our elderly population enable me to meet job responsibilities with compassion, honesty, and sincerity.
I have chosen to work in this home for the past 28 years because we share the same passion for seniors. I am pleased to be part of the dedicated and talented Golden Years staff. |
