The Retirement Village is designed for seniors who want the privacy of their own apartment, the freedom from home ownership and peace of mind knowing that help is always near.

Residents choose the apartment style that best fits their needs - efficiency, one and two bedroom units are available. All apartments have a kitchen with range and refrigerator, living room, bathroom and bedroom (sleeping area in efficiency units). Emergency pull cords are located in all units. Residents furnish their apartment to suit their taste and style.

Fees for Retirement Village are determined by the size of the unit chosen, the number of occupants and the financial plan selected by the resident.

The monthly service charge covers the following services: all utilities except telephone and cable television, daily buffet dinner, emergency assistance, social service intervention and advocacy, apartment maintenance, housekeeping services, refuse removal, planned activities, outings and local transportation. Other services available at an additional cost are outlined in the Ancillary Fees and Services brochure.
